Doula Services
The postpartum period is one of the most important times in a new parent’s life.
Too often, when preparing for the birth of a child, parents forget to care for themselves. During this time, the body needs rest, support, and nourishment to aid in its recovery. As a full spectrum doula, trained postpartum chef, and childcare specialist, my goal is to “recreate the village” through my packages of care - education, guided rest, nourishment, and childcare support. Hiring a postpartum professional can ease the transition into parenthood by allowing your family the support needed to cross this threshold with strength and confidence.
